AIDE A L’EMBAUCHE PME

info social Une aide à l’embauche (baptisée « Embauche PME ») existe pour certaines entreprises qui embauchent un salarié.

Champ d’Application

Peuvent bénéficier de l’aide les entreprises de moins de 250 personnes qui embauchent un salarié rémunéré jusqu’à 1,3 fois le Smic.

Caractéristiques du Contrat

Le bénéfice de l’aide est réservé à l’embauche d’un salarié employé en contrat à durée indéterminée ou en contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois et plus.

Elle concerne uniquement les embauches effectuées entre le 18 janvier et le 31 décembre 2016.
